Bonc Waterside Cottage

Bonc Holiday Cottage is a charming one bedroom dog friendly holiday cottage located on the waters edge at Foryd Bay, a beautiful inlet teeming with bird life just off the Menai Strait in North Wales. The cottage is an 8 minute drive from Plas Dinas Country House where you collect your keys. A cosy wood-panelled bedroom with a king sized bed and offers an ever changing backdrop, also enjoyed from your dining room. Offering a private escape yet just a short drive to so many wonderful attractions and Visit Wales accredited destinations. Boasting a bathroom with bath and shower with an charming open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area.

Bonc is a 2 person, 1 bedroom cottage offering an escape from the hustle and bustle and a chance to unwind. The perfect getaway to read a new book, watch the beautiful wildlife or take a stroll down the winding country lanes.

Even though it's just a short drive to Caernarfon, Bangor, Pwllheli and Mount Snowdon, it feels like your very own little paradise.

All of our cottages are dog friendly. Well-behaved dogs are welcomed to join you on your holiday at no additional charge.

If you have a sweet tooth then treat yourself to an afternoon tea in our beautiful country house (pre-booking required 24 hours prior.) We boast an award-winning restaurant that offers a delicious dining experience prepared by Chef Daniel Ap Geraint as featured in the Michelin Guide. Dinner is available daily from April to October and Tuesday - Saturday November to March. Afternoon Tea is available 6 days a week when pre-booked and the gardens are available throughout the year for your pleasure.

Bonc Cottage is available for stays arriving Monday, departing Friday and then arriving Friday, departing Monday. Should you book for a longer stay, all 7 night stays will be provided with a selection of Welsh goodies on arrival.

Check-in is between 4pm & 10pm.
You must vacate the cottage no later than 10am on your last morning.
Keys should be collected from Plas Dinas Country House reception. Post code is LL54 7YF for your Sat Nav.
The cottage is no smoking throughout.
Children of all ages are welcome at Bonc Waterside Cottage but must be supervised at all times as this is a waterside cottage.
Dog Friendly. Well-behaved dogs welcomed at no additional charge.
All bed linen and towels are provided with the beds made up for your stay.
Gas and electricity included.
An electric fire is available at Bonc.
Wireless internet access is not provided at Bonc Holiday Cottage. This cottage is there for complete escape from WIFI and internet although you will be able to use your mobile data as signals are still sufficient at Foryd Bay.
