Spring is almost here!
Well, it may still be some way off yet but after all that snow in December we're clinging on to any sign we can. The snowdrops are just coming out and there will soon be carpets of them and spring bulbs are just coming through too.
We've had a good start to the year with our rather special visitor and several weddings booked. We've plenty of empty bedrooms though so we've got a January sale on with some great bargains right up to 10th February. After that we’ve got details of a great offer you can share with your friends and don't forget to book up for Valentines too.

Valentines Weekend
January started well with us hosting a private lunch with HRH Prince William in attendance.
He is stationed locally on Anglesey at RAF Valley for the next couple of years so we're hoping this may be the first of many visits from His Royal Highness
It is some 35 years since HRH Princess Margaret was a frequent visitor and it is an honour to be able to continue the Royal connections.
The party enjoyed pre-dinner drinks in the Drawing Room, followed by a special three course lunch in the atmospheric Gun Room.
If you want to be treated like royalty too, don’t forget we offer private dining or exclusive use dinner parties – ideal for birthday

Christmas...
again?!
Before you know it, you’ll be on a beach somewhere hot and sunny and forgotten all about Christmas.
So before that happens, remember to book up Plas Dinas over Christmas or New Year for 2011 as self-catering. It’s the ideal way to get your family and friends together over the festive season.

Self Catering Cottages
As was the trend last year, we’re seeing lots of self-catering bookings for Plas Dinas Lodge and West Wing Cottage coming through already.
If you’re thinking of booking up – particularly if it’s a busy time like school holidays then get your skates on.
Don’t forget that we have a brand new kitchen in West Wing now, and yes Julian, I am going to get round to painting it before it’s rented out next!
The only thing we didn’t manage was knocking through to create a utility as our builder had to have an operation and was unable to do the job in time. We therefore have no washing machine or tumble dryer there – but who goes on holiday to do the washing anyway?
