• Our setting down point is right outside the main entrance, with a ramp into the building.
  
  
• A parking space near to the entrance can be reserved.
  
  
• A porterage service is available for your luggage.
  
  
• Help is available down the two steps to the dining room.
  
  
• We have wide corridors and door ways throughout the building.
  
  
• We are happy to accept working or service dogs by prior arrangement.
  
  
• A pen and paper are available at reception should you or we need to write anything down if guests should have any hearing difficulties.
  
  
• A twin (or triple) room is available on the ground floor (a second key is available for a carer).
  
  
• Our ground floor room has a shower tray with grab rails rather than a bath.
  
  
• Our room pack is printed in larger print for your convenience.
  
  
• There is a remote control for your television for subtitles and Teletext services.
  
  
• Allergy free bedding and pillows are supplied in all rooms.
  
  
• We will be happy to close your curtains for you at night.
  
  
• Various seating locations are available in our extensive grounds for those who wish to enjoy our surroundings but may tire easily.
